Dear Panning commission,
In regard to the proposed zoning changes along 39th Ave SW. I have a very obvious question but sometimes these things are over looked. Has the commission considered the fact that West Seattle has a major fault line running under it? There has been a lot of multiplexes, townhomes, etc. built over the past decade here. Considering there are only a few ways to exit the peninsula, what happens if we were to have something catastrophic happen? Also, nothing built on 39th Ave SW is going to be low or moderately priced real-estate.
